We then went to the pool to relax for an hour prior to checking out. Foster would not even come out he merely declined any form of compensation. Once again, we notified the front desk who let us know that there was nothing they could do to compensate us for the inconvenience. The next morning the elevator is broken and so we had to take 22 flights of stairs down. We decided to just stay in our current room. She offered us an alternative room and when saw it, it looked even worse. She said they couldn’t clean the room because their policy doesn’t allow house cleaning in the room once you check in. We finally asked to speak with the manager Lisa who came out with nothing but attitude and negative energy. We let the front desk representative Holly know who declined all of our request. There was hair in the tub, white stains on the furniture, black stains on the bedskirt, equipment left in room, the phone was broken and chord kept coming out of the phone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Checked in and my room was filthy.
